I met Robin in Food Coop parking lot in January, we had a connection concerning each of us teaching peace. When I called Robing to learn more of her Annapurna Healing Center, she explained she would be encouraging and empowering me to learn how to give myself coffee enemas and be able to cleanse deeply my gall bladder and liver.
*My bowels had been sluggish since this last year due to stress and eating food that seemed to be clogging to my body. I had several shingles outbreak in a row, and the last one was still lingering. My left knee has been tight and painful after two falls the last two winters had torqued my knee flexibility and mobility. I also have begun to develop arthritic joints in two of my fingers on both hands.
*I made this week long commitment to reset my elimination process and felt committed to becoming vegan and not just vegetarian.
*I wanted to learn how to prepare food that is for my health and recovery.
*I also wanted to find out if my bowels were working properly since having a c section at 36 and having my intestines removed and replaced in my body after surgery.
*After the first day, the shingles outbreak subsided, my knee also started to open up.
*Daily reflexology sessions on my feet was such a blessing and huge facilitator to opening up all the meridian flows of my body.
*I was not hungry at all, the juice blends and sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms were so filling and I felt the positive effect upon my entire body's systems.
*Old stress and trauma began to release daily from my body and emotional body. Thinking process kept me awake on the night of my first flush, surrender to releasing deeper stress patterns in my mental and emotional body.
*Tiredness was my primary response to "how are you feeling?" and Robin reminded me that toxins were being released through my alimentary canal.
*More energy each day, deeper sleep, regular bowel movements, three a day and more flexibility in my knees and less pain in my arthritic joints.
