- Teeth CleaningTeeth cleaning, also known as prophylaxis, is part of oral hygiene and involves the removal of dental plaque from teeth with the intention of preventing cavities (dental caries), gingivitis, and periodontal disease. People routinely clean their own teeth by brushing and flossing. Dental hygienists can remove hardened deposits (tartar) not removed by routine brushing and flossing.
- Fluoride Treatment
- Dental SealantsWe focus first on patient education – risk factors, oral hygiene instructions, and nutrition counseling. Our core philosophy is prevention – cleanings, sealants, and fluoride.
- FillingsWhite fillings are made from a high-strength composite resin that can be easily color-matched to your natural tooth making it nearly invisible to you and anyone else. Unlike silver and gold fillings, composite tooth-colored fillings actually bond to the tooth.
- Resin Composite
- VeneersVeneers can fix crooked, discolored, uneven, and unsightly teeth. We, at Sarasola Dental, provide smile makeovers – starting with a smile design – to achieve the beautiful, natural look you seek.
- CrownsCrowns are used to restore a tooth to its natural size, shape and color. Think of a crown as an enamel replacement for a tooth made from high strength ceramic. Crowns are a very common procedure and are indicated for teeth with extensive decay, cracks, fractures, and other structural compromises. A crown is designed to strengthen and protect what remains of the tooth and improve your smile.
- BridgesCrowns are used on teeth with decay too large for a filling, to cover a dental implant, to protect cracked teeth, restore worn teeth, and strengthen root canal treated and otherwise weakened teeth. Crowns and bridges can be made from stainless steel, all metal (such as gold or another alloy), porcelain-fused-to-metal, all resin, or all ceramic. At Sarasola Dental, we prefer metal-free all ceramic crowns because of their beauty and strength.
- Root Canal TreatmentSome teeth require addition treatment like root canals to clear infection and pain. Unfortunately, there are times were teeth need to be removed. At Sarasola Dental, We want you understand the diagnosis, the treatment, and the prognosis to ensure you receive the right care for you.
- Deep Cleaning
- DenturesIf you have slipping dentures and are tired of being self-conscious about the thought of losing them at an inopportune moment, a full arch of implant-supported teeth might be the solution for you. This is done by strategically placing implants along the upper or lower jaw. Once placed and healed, you will be able to chew with confidence and never have to worry again about losing your denture.
- Dental ImplantsImplants have been used successfully for over thirty years, have a high success rate and function and feel like your natural teeth. Dental implants are now the standard of care for replacing missing teeth
- OrthodonticsYou may be surprised to know that the benefits of having properly aligned teeth extend far beyond a confident smile. According to the American Dental Association, straightening your teeth can actually significantly affect your overall dental health.1 Think about it — a smile can hardly be perfect if it's not a healthy one. Fortunately, having a confident smile and reducing your risk for tooth decay and gum disease go hand in hand.
- Invisalign OrthodonticsIt achieves speedy results (6 to 9 months) because it’s focused on tackling cosmetic problems and straightening the front teeth. The intention is not to correct bites or give perfect smiles, but to provide a more realistic goal for adults looking for smile improvement. Smile perfection can be completed with comprehensive orthodontics (24 to 36 month). Although many adults to not want to be in braces for several years, it is strongly recommended that adolescents seek a more ideal treatment of comprehensive orthodontics. Sarasola Dental is a proud provider of Six Month Smiles ® and Clear Correct ® and Invisalign ®.
- BracesThe Six Month Smiles® technique employs the latest technology and techniques in dentistry to move your teeth quickly and safely with clear adult braces. The key components of the treatment are the use of unique, clear braces, tooth colored wires, and a primary focus of moving the teeth that show when you smile.
