Provided by YPmobileThis dealership sold me a 12000 lemon. The very next day after purchasing my vehicle it began to jerk violently. I brung it back to goodrides to have it checked out they told me it was nothing. I called the finanance company and made them aware of the issues i was having. I brung it in again but to the compayt across from them. I was told it was the transmission. When i informed them of this my sales rep was irate and said the other company has nothing to do with them and they were wrong. If i took it to someone else again he would not help me. I had the same jerking issues with some slippage and brung it to goodrides for service for a year. The mechanic said it was my solenoid and transmission fluid was dirty. Took care of what he said was wrong andbthe problem persisted. Now my vehicle started making a banging noise on acceleration. Still i was told it was the transmission fluid. I finally brung my behicle to wallace where i was told the transmission valve body needed to be replaced for 1600.00. Goodrides knew the transmission was bad before they sold the vehicle. The mechanics let the situatiin worsen. I have sent all invoices of work done to my vehicle to the ftc. Goodrides needs to be held accountable for selling LEMONS. The safety inspection stickers are brought from a wholsale company with no truth to them. Goodrides and its staff needs to be held accountable.
