i live in Port St. Lucie. moved here in Jan. '17. the pool liner needed replacing. we called them to install a liner. the salesman came out within a couple of days and gave us a price. we accepted the deal. we picked a thicker liner from the brochure from the ones they said they sell. we were later notified that we couldn't have that type because of issues with the supplier and had to pick from a selection of thinner liners. for the same price! so after around three weeks i asked when the job was going to get started, and shazzam! the liner came in that day. they installed the liner and it looked good. i also bought a light form Frank because the one that was in there didn't work. a few weeks later the water level went down. i called and frank came out. he fixed the leak which was in the light fixture. we had to put in a new transformer for the light. the light didn't work tried to contact family pools and got no response.a couple of weeks ago i noticed the silicon sealant around the light fixture and the bottom step were peeling off. i called family pools and got a live person and explained the problem. she said she'd tell Frank and he set up an appointment. after three days with no answer i e-mailed the office and was told the light fixture was not a warranty item. then i asked about the sealant. she said that Frank said it was out of warranty. i just had it put on in march i told her. i asked how long they warranty for? she said a year. well, eight months is not a year i said. so she said she'd talk to frank and have him call. that was almost a week now and no answer on the phone or e-mail. my fiancee is getting reading to go legal on them.
