      Friends of Caroline Hospice in Port Royal, SC is dedicated to providing companionship and medical care to our patients. As the first hospice in Beaufort County, we founded our facility on the principles of grace and dignity and we still operate under those dictates to this day. Our services include: • Registered nurses • Pain and symptom control • Bereavement support • Comprehensive approach to care As a non-profit organization, Friends of Caroline Hospice is 100% dependent on donations. We don't charge any fees to our patients and our volunteers are 800 strong. We appreciate providing our community members with comfort and support and we're thankful for the opportunity to spread seeds of love. Call or visit our website for more information.
