If you are considering opening an account at US Bank DON'T do it. If you still want to open an account ask a lot questions about their fees first. I opened a personal account and a business account. The people where so rude, eye rolling, poor customer service and the fees blew me away. They charged me for getting 50 one dollar bills and the fees went on and on. I did not know about the charges until I would get my statements. By then it is too late. I was so dissatisfied. I have never been treated by a bank in this manner but I had to keep the accounts open for 180 days to avoid a $25.00 early closing fee. I would not have given them even one star but I wanted you to know that I didn't skip the star rating. I would give them a MINUS 5 Stars.
