Volusia County Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is located in Port Orange, Florida, and provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or other opioids. MAT combines medications with counseling to promote long-term recovery. Opioid addiction treatment at Volusia County CTC involves customized care with a prescription for a medication such as methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone. These medications have been shown to improve patient outcomes.
