When I opened my account, in May, they were knowledgable, friendly and helpful.However, I was given a copy of the services I requested and it was signed, dated and the C.S.R. had written his name and phone number on the contract, but he neglected to include the area code.I am not yet a FL resident, so the missing area code made it necessary for me to find it on the internet so I can report my unreceived checks.
