      General Info

      Richard Polhill is a graduate of DeVry University. He began his career in hearing health care with Starkey Laboratories (now Starkey Hearing Technologies) in 1978. As an electronics technician he built and repaired all types of hearing aids and ear-molds. Over 17 years with three different manufacturers Rick moved through the ranks to become a production manager and operations manager. With that experience he became acutely aware of the needs, desires, concerns, and issues that hearing aid users were experiencing.
