When I first went to Richard Polhill to discuss possible hearing aids, I was very impressed, mostly because there was no pressure to purchase from him. He and his office staff are very professional and personable. I have been using him for several years and wouldn't consider anyone else. After using a type of hearing aid for approximately four years, repairs had been required several times. I blamed myself because I had not been gentle with them. Richard contacted the manufacturer and convinced them to replace the hearing aids with a more suitable type free of charge because he didn't believe they were giving me satisfactory service. The new hearing aids have been perfect!
