Nathan Segerson, MD is a board-certified in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. Dr. Segerson believes that the seriousness of the intervention should match the seriousness of the condition. Nobody should be over-treated or over-medicated for symptomatic, benign diagnoses, but we should never settle for deteriorating quality of life if promising therapeutic options exist. Also, both medications and procedural therapies should always be coupled with guidance toward a healthy lifestyle.
