  David’s practice focuses on personal injury, consumer, commercial, and residential real estate; civil litigation and probate. He is an owner and oversees Gulf Coast Title Company which operates both in Calhoun and Matagorda counties. He has written numerous attorney title opinions both on land issues and oil and gas issues and has lectured and testifies as an expert on numerous real estate matters.

  Carly’s practice focuses on family law, estate planning and administration, real estate and also includes representation of governmental entities, financial institutions and civil litigation. Carly is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Texas and Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
• Wills
  Her practice focuses on the representation of governmental entities, including the City of Port Lavaca, CCISD, Calhoun County, the City of Point Comfort, Memorial Medical Center, Drainage Districts 8, 10 and 11, Calhoun County Water & Control District No. 1, and Refugio County Drainage District No. 1. She represents several business entities. She also devotes her time to real estate, corporate transactions, wills and probate.
