HJM Elementary School offers educational instruction to students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school has an enrollment of more than 800 students and is designated as a recognized campus by the Texas Education Agency. It offers classes in music, arts and crafts, physical education and computer technology. It also provides special education to students with special needs. The school s library has a wide collection of fiction and nonfiction books, subject books, magazines and reference material for teachers. It also operates a fully equipped science laboratory and organizes science fairs.
