Buyer Beware! I bought a clearance mattress set from their downtown store that the salesman said had been delivered but returned after just a few days because the people didn't like it. It was marked $249 and wrapped in plastic. I asked if it had any rips or stains and was told no..that it was "like new." I bought it and hauled it all the way to college for my son in a covered trailer. When we unwrapped the plastic we discovered that it was NOT "like new". It was disgusting and very used....and had a huge "water" stain on one side. It's appalling and unbelievable that a store would even sell something so disgusting. I sent an email to Ben's and no one even bothered to reply. Nothing "fine" about this place.

Deceptive Advertising! Leads the consumer to believe that they are offering a sale, in reality-there is none. They are basically selling at their normal, everyday advertised price, but uses mumble jumble about MSRP pricing and that "all stores sell this way!" A sale isn't a sale, unless the price CHANGES. Disgusting.

Do not shop here.Ben's Furniture Store practices deceptive and misleading advertising. They insult shoppers with meaningless numbers like:MSRP. They advertise 50% off but in reality, it is 50% off some bogus MSRP price that most stores don't use anyway.There is no savings whatsoever-it's basically a game to make the customer think "they are getting a deal!" In speaking with the store owner and manager, his response was "that all stores do this". I guess that makes it right. If prices don't change-there isn't a sale!

After recovering from a recent stroke, I found myself looking for a new bed for my new apartment. Now a bed to me is just the furniture part. Didn't think anything about choosing a proper mattress set. Well, Ben's not only had a fine selection, but a friendly staff that took the time to "fit" the correct mattress to my needs. When it came to delivery, due to timetable issues on my end, they sent the bed out as a special delivery on a Saturday morning. It arrived on time and was promptly assembled.I would go back to Ben's because of their personalized attention, fine quality furniture, and after sale service.
