I PAID them to mail four house payments for me while we were out of the country. Thank goodness I watch to make sure the checks are deposited. They didn't mail the first check, and it took 15 days for them to respond to my messages about it. Finally, they mailed the payment due on the 15th on the first of the next month!!!! We are talking a penalty, to me, of $200 for a late payment! Who know what will happen with the next three! Don't trust them with ANYTHING important!
