Custom Time Frames is a wonderful friendly establishment. I miss being able to stop in and have my artwork taken care of by Sue and Al personally. They take the time to cusomize exactly what you want. Since I live in another state now and have such bad luck with other places with things I want framed or matted, I have chosen to send my treasures to them. Corresponding thru e-mail and phone works really well. They are very prompt with answers and suggestions and e-mailing images of examples (i.e. colors, type of matts and frames) I have never been left hanging waiting for an answer. I miss them very much but so grateful that they are so willing to offer that service with such care and professionalism. They make sure they track the items so they know as well as I, when to expect it to arrive and is expertly packaged to insure it's safety. They are a one of a kind and have yet to find another Custom establishment like them. You would never be sorry or disappointed.

We had a unique requirement that included seletion of artwork to enhance our home and this artwork was to be placed in a retractable frame designed to hide the TV when not in use. Allan & Sue were masters at the selection of the piece and were very meticulous regarding measurements to ensure the artwork and frame fit the retractable frame. This unique project was met with enthusiasm and professionalism. We recommend Custom Time Frame and their team for any project.

Take a simple picture. What can Custom Time Frames do with this? The frame itself was delicate in its fine swirls and twists, standing out in relief against a soft muted brown with a tasteful blush of rose to reflect the blush within the image being framed. And yet, it was also substantial in weight and dimension giving the final product the heft one enjoys. The mats complimented the image, touching on one color here and one color there, imitating the original. The lines and curves of the mats were exact. A true joy to behold in their precision. But the effect that I think I appreciated the most was how those lines in the matting drew my own eyes to those of my parents, and I was flooded with the reality of their life, though they are now dead. The item that had been brought to be redone was my parents' wedding picture taken nearly 65 years ago. Thank-you Sue and Allen. You have taken a mere photo and given it heart. To be able to do this is surely a gift. God Bless you.

I have read and agree with all the posted reviews and would like to add my comments. It takes a unique talent to enhance and amplify a work of art; Al and Sue are maestros at the task. We have taken a number of items to them over the years and have always been thrilled with the result. There is one caveat I must mention however; if you are going to place their work in your office I suggest you place it behind you as you sit at your desk. I did not and for about a week I accomplished very little until I realized I was spending a great deal of time admiring their work and not mine!

Sue and Al deliver creatively designed and laid out, stylishly displayed, museum quality framed objects at a very fair price. Dozens of their creations hang in my home and office, from photographs to awards, including military medals and memorabilia and items from a career in law enforcement. I could not be happier with their work and recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment you walk into this gem of a shop, you can see that your work of art will be everything you hoped for, and more! I have been a customer for many years, so I can tell you from experience that I have walked in many times to pick up my finished pieces-and been simply overwhelmed by the final results.They bring knowledge, creativity, and a passion for art to each project they undertake. My original watercolor art and precious momentos have been in safe hands here, where frames are created to fit the art as well as an individual's style.
