This company sucks, I have bought several items from them. They tell you how easy it is to use and then it doesn't. I have had two major problems with items purchased. First, I bought my wireless printer which didn't work and their service people (separate fee) couldn't fix it either. The kicker, they won't return it either. Recently they were running a special on wireless cards and router, which I purchased for the notebook I have. Took it to them to install. I went to their store 3 seperate times because they said it was ready, then I'd get it home and nothing. Finally, trip #4 I ask the idiot to show me it worked. It crashed right there in the store. Their manager laughed right in my face when I asked for compensation for my time. Then I complained to their corporate office and they were rude too. Do not shop here, you might as well go to Walmart. The people here are idiots. At least you can save a buck at Walmart,
