As an affordable provider of quality healthcare, we handle all of your insurance billing, and participate in numerous managed care contracts. With our expanded facility, state of the art equipment, and advanced efficiency, a positive patient outcome is a certainty. center is located at 21260 Olean Blvd in Port Charlotte Florida. Our hours are from 6 AM 5 PM Monday thru Thursday and 6 AM 4 PM on Friday in order to offer you the most flexible surgery schedule possible. We strive, everyday to make your visit with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible. In order to better accommodate our patients, we gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We have been recognized for our ongoing efforts to improve quality through process improvement and performance management. Our center is Medicare certified, accredited by the Association for Ambulatory Health Care ( AAAHC ), and licensed by the State of Florida.
