Provided by DexKnowsI paid my 2nd year of lawn control in advance for 1 year in Sept.2013. I was previously told by Brian Scott (when I first did an agreement with them) that I would get my advanced money back if I cancelled the services. I cancelled the service on 10/10/13 and requested the $564 credit that I had be credited back on Discover Card. This has not been done. I have called several times and always told "Brian has to approve" and we will call you back. As of today 10/31/13 I still have not received the $564.

Provided by DexKnowsWe agreed to pay $420 for initial service with a follow-up in 10-14 days and then follow-up monthly for two months. We had to call them to perform the services paid for in advance. Should have known something was crooked when they came with a contract for a years service paid in advance! We have been cheated out of one service. Service techs tell you one thing but it is not followed up. Invoices clearly show 10-14 day follow up but until we call nothing. Roaches, although somewhat better, are no way under control and we do not intend to continue with this shady company. When we call the office and ask for an explanation what do we get? Techs schedule their own appointments, OOPS or can't find in the computer. The last technician told us we were in the computer and no further problems Well invoice shows 10-14 day follow up and that was due by June 4th. Here it is June 25th an I had to call. Response? OOPS Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! Will we continue with them ... OOPS I think not!

Provided by YP.comI hired this company to maintain my lawn, to keep it green, lush and free of weeds. I purchased the service for a one year period beginning April 2012. By September my lush lawn had large brown patches of dead grass all over both front and back. Brian the owner apologized and said he would re-sod the front immediately and re-plant the back in the spring (the only time seeding can be done). The re-sodding was completed however from the beginning it looked patched in and still does today 8 months later. There are MORE brown spots in my front yard and the back has never been re-seeded as promised in addition I received a bill for service provided last month. No one from the company ever called to inform me that my contract was up or to see if I even wanted to continue my service. I called last week, spoke with the receptionist and was told Brian would call me within the hour, it has now been a week and still no phone call, no re-seeding and a brown screwed up lawn. I am not continuing my service and suggest you NEVER begin yours.

Provided by DexKnowsMy contract was taken over by them, They lied, changed prices, up of course, and kept passint the buck. The owner is rude and agressive on the phone. Stay away if you know what good for you.

Provided by DexKnowsI had chinese drywall in my house, I had to move out. I called this company and said I would like to cancel the remaining contract for an empty house. They said fine. A year later I get a notice from a collection agency.. Now they wont even talk on the phone. No pre-notices, no warnings, nothing. Just a collection agency. Don't deal with these people.

As an absentee owner they have accomodated my schedule whenever possible and my home has remained pest free and they have returned as needed if I have had a problem. Good company.Resident of Gulf Cove
