The resort spans seven secluded acres and is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi and about three hours from San Antonio. It's within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and a short golf cart ride to the beach. The resort offers 96 full hook-up sites with 50/30/20-amp electric service, water, and sewer. The spacious lots feature wide concrete pads and patio spaces, accommodating RVs up to 45 feet with double slides, and include parking for two vehicles.
