      Horrible painter

      Used cheap paint not Sherwin Williams we agreed to. Larry is a dishonest person. Paint everywhere on concrete, fence and windows. Didn't caulk anything . You don't want this guy on your property.

      Worst painter ever. Overspray everywhere. Spilled paint on concrete patio. Larry Sampson did a dishonest trick and poured cheap paint brand into my quality Sherwin Williams bucket and watered the paint down. Trouble was he bought the wrong shade of cheap paint so house is not the correct color. Now he won't return any phone calls. You don't want Larry Sampson to even paint your doghouse. He preys on senior citizens.

      When I phoned, the person answering did not identify the business, but simply said, "Hello." I asked if I was calling "A Finished Touch" and he said, "yes." I began explaining the work I wished their business to perform for me and he simply hung up the phone without any response or saying good-bye. This is not the kind of customer service I'm looking for in any business. I would definitely not recommend this business.

      I called late in the afternoon with an emergency call I had a broken water line in my bathroom. Water spewing everywhere i called a A Finished Touch and talked to a gentleman named larry. He advised me on how to stop the flooding, and promptly scheduled a appointment. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE! He helped me do my repairs and also made it affordable for me to do some additional updates surely A Finished Touch- GREAT WORK!
