We have used this Rainbow dealer for more than 15 years. We always get great service and our Rainbow is ready when promised. Mr. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. He responds to calls quickly, and he is always willing to work around my schedule when I need to pick up something. I would highly recommend working with him!

Terrible experience. We were told one price when we called, just to have the price go from $99 to $500! We negotiated to a middle ground price, just for him to call us back again and tell us another $140! No thanks! we picked up our Rainbow, paid him for the work he had done, and parted ways. He is VERY unorganized and does not honor the prices he tells you. We have him on a recorded line quoting us one thing....so we arent crazy! Go to the other Rainbow shop in Baton Rouge
