❗❗❗❗❗❗❗ My experience was HORRIBLE. THEY ARE RUDE! I came in to get my nails done.

1. I asked if they would be able to take me after seeing the shop so full and they said that they could. I waited a while and even asked when they could take me after a while. They left me kind of sitting there while they cleaned up (preparing to go home I assume) but someone could have been getting started on my nails.

2. They spoke very LOUDLY! The experience is suppose to be calming and relaxing, but they were NOT.

3. After 2 days my nail broke on one hand, and on the other hand the shellac polish started peeling! I am busy so I went back when I was able to do so to have it repaired and I was told very LOUDLY AND RUDELY by the older man that they do not fix nails that are fill-in's for free. I NEVER ASKED them to do it for free, so I did not appreciate the assumption that I did not want to pay...EVEN THOUGH I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY!!!

4. THEN, the person doing my nails got loud and very rude after I asked WHY I was being charged $5 TO FIX ONE nail and to have a nail that had shellac polish PEELED (again after 2 days). I have NEVER had shellac to peel so it was obviously an error on their part. Then he said WHATEVER...WHATEVER to me and waved his hand like he did not want me to speak any further.

I said that I would never give them another dime. AND I WON'T. THE ONLY reason I went back was because I knew that I would NEVER be able to match the color but NOPE...I do not go where my money and my business is not respected! AND DON'T TALK ABOUT ME IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE EITHER! I may not speak your language but the body language let me know that you all were discussing me. THAT'S UNPROFESSIONAL! ❗❗❗❗❗
