i.e., A local fThis Wendys is known for their bad service along with every other fast food place in Poquoson. My family and I ordered 3 orders of the 10 pc chicken nuggets in the drive thru. After paying we were directed to wait in a parking spot along with other customers waiting for their food as well (aka not fast food). After waiting for 20 minutes we drove through the drive thru again, of course we got no help or response. We FINALLY got our food but of course they forgot our drinks. Our simple order became a chaotic event that ruined our night.

I have been a customer, since the restaurant opened....Recently, I have been very disappointed in the management staff, as well as the wait staff...Recently, I have been on two occassions to purchase baked potatoes...The first time, the potato was so hard, it wasn't edible...When I told the manager about it, he was very "aloof", and "condescending", and never made any effort to compensate the experience...Tonight was the worse, bar none, of all my fast food experiences...Usually, they will ask you to pull up, it will be a few minutes...Tonight, the waitress, said it would be over an hour wait..Now this was at 7:10, in the evening...The other waitstaff didn't seem to be busy at all, they were laughing and joking about something...My first question to management, why wouldn't your restaurant have baked potatoes ready for customers? Especially, at that time of evening...I am so dismayed after my total experience this week, I will never return to the Poquoson Wendy's...Others will know...
