She inspires women to define and reach their goals through dedication and hard work.Cindy has been in the fitness field for more than 15 years as an aerobic instructor and personal fitness trainer. She has held certifications with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American Council on Exercise (ACE), International Fitness Association (IFA), and currently completing courses with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).Cindy's goals are to assist women in creating total life solutions that involve aspects of living well icluding health, wellness, weight loss, fat reduction, nutritional counseling, stress management, and overall quality of life.
