Southeast Missouri Community Treatment Center, also known as SEMO-CTC, is a nonprofit, community-based, human services organization that provides a range of substance abuse treatment and mental health and social services. It has been providing treatment services to individuals with chemical dependencies, emotional problems and psychiatric disorders for more than 30 years. Southeast Missouri Community Treatment Center administers various outpatient counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, family therapy and community support programs. It also offers transitional housing and case management services. The organization s family therapy program focuses on stress, depression, anxiety, adolescent conduct disorders and chemical dependency treatment. It is certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Southeast Missouri Community Treatment Center maintains a location in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
