Well me and my girlfriend went to Ruby Tuesday's in pooler on 1-8-17. We really both were looking forward to the salad bar. As we approached the location it almost appeared like it was closed but then seen someone coming out. So we park, go inside, get seated immediately, I go to the restroom and come back thinking the beverages would be there any minute. Wellll didn't happen my girlfriend said know one has waited on us yet. OK by this time it's almost 10 mins of sitting with at least 3 different servers passed us to go to one couple sitting in the area behind us. Now think back to what said bout arriving at location and wondering if they were open. So sitting there and wondering why I'm watch servers sit on there phones, which if I had to guess the gentleman dressed in grey slacks appearing to be a manager just stand there while his staff texted or facebooked, and might I add there was on couple sitting in our area. So after me sitting there watching and setting my timer to give them a chance to actually serve us which know one did before my timer went off, we got up and walked out. As we were leaving told the receptionist that know one waited on us. Will not recommend this location nor return. Poor management, poor staffing.

This is a review for Ruby Tues...

This is a review for Ruby Tuesday at Pooler, GA on 3/10/12 9:27 p.m. Jennifer was the server according to the ticket.

My guy and I were taking a road trip down I95 Southbound to West Palm Beach last Saturday evening and we were in quite a hurry. It was Saturday night so our expectation was probably less than normal and that was a good thing. We decided to hussle and just eat at the bar. Of course any time we go into one of these types of places, the food is usually less than average but that is what we expected. The food was fine and we certainly were not going to complain about that. We were both tired and we had a ways to go. The bar was dirty and we got Jennifer to wipe the bar down for us. A blond woman came up to the bar and asked Jennifer to replace her wine glass as the glass was dirty. Jennifer did so with no objection. We will come back to this portion of the evening. Jennifer or whomever the young lady was smashed her eye pretty good and while this was not really our problem, we were empathetic to her situation. Anyway, it took quite a long time to get our food which again we did not complain about. Both of us had already had quite a week and we just wanted to sit there ahd reflect about stuff and just eat and be gone. I had coffee and water and my guy had sweet tea at the bar. Again, we had a long drive ahead of us. Anyway, my sweetie and I were walking out to the car and he said how was the wine? I said, I did not have wine, what are you talking about. He said they charged us $7 for a glass of wine. I told him I would go deal with it and he said that he would prefer to do it. He went back into the bar and this young lady told him that he was incorrect and that I had ordered a glass of wine. Now, I have no idea if she hit her head harder than most but first of all don't call me a liar. 2nd, really you want to argue with a customer???? 3rdly if she were my employee, she would either be fired or brought back into some major training. My guy was not going to argue with her and while I wanted to deal with the situation and talk to management, my guy preferred that we just keep driving and let it go because nothing good could come of it based on the previous week. . So a few things for this restaurant. TRAINING is a necessity, cleanliness would be something I would work on, CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that cannot be taught in my experience and perhaps you don't care that neither one of us will ever walk into another Ruby Tuesday's but hopefully enough people will read this and not go into your particular restaurant. I would fire any of my employees who argued with one of my customers over $7.00. Might want to teach big picture thinking there.
