Went there earlier today to get bagels and other pasteries, was really surprised that they were OUT OF BAGLES at 7am and had very limited pastry available to choose from. Very disappointed with the service at this location, this is not the first time I have been disappointed with this location

The bread is dry and so is my pasta! Do better plz!

We went through the drive through at 1730. The person taking our order seemed bewildered by everything we

tried to order (soup and a cookie) and confirmed the items three separate times after long pauses in between. They ended up being out of cookies. We ordered an everything bagel instead. After sitting behind one person for 10 minutes, we were finally told at the window that they did not have everything bagels either. We just cancelled and left. 20 minutes of life wasted.

I work in Pooler 4-6 times a week, yesterday about 7:00 pm was my third time going to the Pooler Panera Bread this month, and each time they always say "we're out of bread bowls" I mean isn't Panera famous for their bread bowls, how can you be out every time me and my fiance has been in there this month. The broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl is the only thing I go for, so I left without eating. Something needs to be done about this or they will probably lose a lot of peoples business.

The service was horrible went in with my husband and 2 year old the girl at the register didnt say a word to us the manager came up there and didnt say a word to us the menu was confusing so we left it was our very first time ever visiting one and it sure will be our last

Extremely bad service, cold soup, poor management, poor quality of food
