When I arrived, they did not have me down for my appointment, even though I received a text message confirming the time earlier this morning (a communication error I was willing to overlook). But, I arrived at 11:55 for my 12:15 appointment and left at 1:48 after my exam. People were placing orders and leaving for lunch while I waited to have someone ring me up. The young woman at the desk was very inexperienced and assisted me with checkout after making me wait 15-20 minutes because she's "technically not allowed to do it". Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office.
