If it were possible I would rate him in the negatives. Not only is he a horrible attorney he is a racist bigot. He does not keep you informed about your case nor is he reachable by email or phone. His office assistance are just as rude as he is. Very immature and will leave you with more debt than you had before you started with. Immediately after settling my case (against my wishes) Freddie Heitman instructed me to “go F myself” once he took his money out of my settlement. The few emails he did respond to were nasty and rude. He treats you like a nuisance Instead of a client. Never ever work with this man.
