If you are considering moving to Courtney Station, please read this review. I read some of the reviews posted before I moved in, and dismissed them because I couldn't believe that what people were saying was true and now I can share my experience. Within 2 months of moving in, my apartment flooded. I could not believe the treatment I received after this happened to me. Some (not all) of the staff was rude and some of my personal items were mishandled and ruined. I should've moved out after my lease was up, but I hated moving so I decided to stay. The following year, my apartment flooded again. The treatment that I received this time was even worse than the first time. When I moved out, I found a great deal of mold in the back of the closets which really concerned me. I was not even allowed to break my lease and leave the apartment complex. My only option was to move to another apartment to complete the remainder of my lease. After my lease was up, I moved out. Just last week I received

I have only lived in this apartment complex for a few months, and it has been a terrible few months. My first issue is that there is only one dumpster available for the entire apartment complex. The second problem is the noise because of the low flying aircraft. The third is due to the discourteous and sometimes rude staff. The fourth problem is due to a pipe burst issue. Why are pipes bursting in these brand new apartments and causing massive flooding' They should have at least offered to move us into new apartments, or send us to a hotel until the water dried. Now the carpets smell horrible and we are treated as if we are the problem. The fifth problem is the paper thin walls. You can hear your next door neighbors and the people above you. I can hear my neighbor snoring in the middle of night! Also I love that we have alarms installed, but management gives no notice when they are coming in which causes a huge problem!! Some alarm companies charge for "false" alarms.
