Horrible drivers they don't look when switching lanes. One bus 37 almost hit me she crosses over into my lane then had the nerve to blow her horn at me. I even blew my horn to let her know I was there and she still kept coming they needed to retrain the drivers wouldn't trust them with my kids

I am terribly disappointed in your service. I understand the cold snowy weather but it's ridiculous that these children sit outside for 45 min waiting on a bus that never comes. When I try to call I spend a half hour on the phone to steady hear recordings. And the mailboxes are full so therefore I can't leave a message regarding my concerns This is the second time this week that my daughters bus did not come and if it did, it was an HOUR late. Maybe you need to hire more qualified people and check messages so that concerned parents can have there concerns solved.
