The Mosaic in Pontiac is a nonprofit organization that provides residential support services through the Illinois Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) waiver program. Established in 1982, the organization is located in Pontiac, Ill. It is a part of the Mosaic, which is a faith-based organization that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. The parent organization operates more than 40 agencies comprising approximately 250 communities in over 10 U.S. states. It offers foster care, case management, residential and senior supported living services. The Mosaic s day services include vocational services, community participation and habilitation training. It additionally provides transportation, housekeeping and laundry services for senior citizens.
