these guys were Great, we had a blow out on interstate 55 on a Saturday night (7p)in the middle of no where, the auto service found Bernies, the young man , was polite ,respectful, and knew what he was doing, he towed us and mounted a tire in less than an hour, and had us on the road, next time I go through there Im going to stop and buy them pizza and beer

Bernies is a rip-off, took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and 2 days later my drain plug fell out going down the I-55 lost all the oil, my car is covered and they wanted to charge me for the tow and new oil. So I took it to another shop and found that Bernie didn't even use a new oil filter which I PAYED for! Bernie said someone must have loosened the oil plug and the filter....said "how did he know that I didn't put a old one on"BEWARE a bunch of young kids making min. wage but Bernie charging top price and performing very subpar work. BERNIES IS A JOKE (and a bad one)

my car was towed into this shop. I asked to have my locks fixed while they had it; got the car back quit running the same day. company wouldn't stand good for it, so I ended up paying $425 just to get my locks fixed. took it to a qualified mechaninc across town to get it running. customer beware!!!!!!!
