GO ELSEWHERE. The worst, staff, techs and dentist. Just problem after problem, i.e., cleaning techs didn't know how to clean; dentist (the one that didn't get fired or split) didn't care about my child just rude and brutal; 10-year-old-daughter left office in tears; office confused us with other patient; spent hours past appointment times awaiting to be seen;over billing; over scheduling; so many problems I tried to move to another dentist and the office refused to forward my child's records to new office unless I paid them off; said "we own your records not you." Insurance company said they tried to get paid even when my child is no longer a patient even beyond being paid already..they are crooks and just bad human beings and even worse they may hurt your child...daughter at great dentist now (office staff, tech and dentist ALL wonderful) and there are plenty of other great offices...(stay away from them if you have kids: they are shady and potentially injurious...)
