Disappointed Customer

Tom Buske installed my septic system in 2009. Come to find out 10 years later that no one can find the manhole cover to pump out the waste side of the tank. I have had two septic pumping services come try to find it, to no avail. I have spoken to his secretary for the past three days, asking if Tom can come find the manhole. I have yet to get any response.
