Sanders Park Elementary serves more than 500 students in prekindergarten through grade five. It is a part of Broward County Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Located in Pompano Beach, Fla., Sanders Park Elementary is a magnet school. It offers a range of general academic and extracurricular courses. The school also offers foreign language sessions in Spanish, Japanese and French. In addition, the school conducts sessions in art, band, music and physical education. It provides medical care, speech therapy, and guidance and counseling services. Sanders Park Elementary also provides the English for Speakers of Other Language program and conducts sessions in gifted and talented education. It has a parent-teacher association that supports and sponsors several school events and activities.
