Where is the beach? All this building has is a bevy of not for profit church groups & what professes to be a hotel. Bad area of the city. very secluded except for a well utilized roadway to the left. Only 5-8 cars in lot when we arrived to ck in. Oddly enough (not) the lobby is quite lovely. Too bad the rooms are disgusting!. it will not submit w/o at least 1 star
