Bought an expensive king size Sealy here after testing out the mattresses in their store. Was promised it would be returnable if I'm not satisfied since there is no way to tell how you'd sleep (especially with a bad back) from testing it out in the store only. Of course, I should've gotten everything in writing because the owner (rude, rude man) refused the return & I am stuck with a subpar mattress, which by the way, they said is new, but definitely feels 'slept in' since you sink to the middle of the bed almost instantaneously. And yes, I do have new box springs also. Actually, I know the box springs are new, the mattress is another story. I'll never buy here again. Terrible experience.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. After 'testing' many mattresses in the store, I made my choice, but what was delivered wasn't the same comfort level. Plus, there were 'slat marks' like it's been on a box spring for a while on the bottom of the mattress?? It's supposed to be new?! And they cut off the label, which is even more bizarre..?? No plausible explanation for that when I called either.. Of course, no returns. The ill mannered owner (who needs training in customer service) will give you an exchange, but after such a horrible experience the 1st time, why would I want to pick out anything else in your store?! Not only do I now have a very uncomfortable mattress, it was also expensive. And even if I would pick out another mattress, they don't have enough options to choose from. Only one other in the class I was looking for and even more expensive. Don't make the same mistake as I did.. Go somewhere else.
