Never shop in this place. I ordered tile and was told to wait for 6 weeks and after all this time I found out that my tile will never come to the store and I should look for something else but the tile that I ordered was still on display floor. Staff is rude and have no idea what are they doing. Very disappointed!!! Never consider this place again!

I bought about 1300 square feet of tile from Budget Tiles of Pompano. I went to the larger places in the area and it was like a zoo. There was no one to talk with to get an idea of how the sales and delivery process works. Then I went to Budget Tiles of Pompano. I was asked if I needed help by two different people. I found a tile that I liked and then Budget Tiles of Pompano was very nice to give me a tile sample. I took it back to my house and tested it out and liked it. I went back on a Saturday and placed my order with Thomas. He said he could have it delivered Tuesday of the next week for a small charge. Tuesday came and the tile was delivered by their subcontractor on a flat bed truck with a piggy back forklift on the back. The driver put the pallets of tile in my garage with the piggy back forklift in about 15 ... of tile from Budget Tiles of Pompano. I went to the larger places in the area and it was like a zoo. Good work, very happy with my floor and bath tile install. Installed as scheduled and addressed any questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Currently using for other jobs.

It took two months to get my 1700 sq feet of tile and carpet installed. They ordered the wrong tile and discovered it after they tore my home up to do the first installation. Carpet took three weeks to install because some in the company had a baby. Makes no since to me why they are still open.
