General Info
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive training and expertise in working with survivors of trauma, attachment relationships, mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and parenting issues. I was trained at Yale School of Medicine and the University of Rochester. My experiences with clients range from co-leading groups to conducting psychodynamic therapy with adults and adolescents, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Play Therapy with children. In each of these relationships I always attend to the many aspects that permeate each person's experiences, and I always create a safe space where to explore and work together toward achieving your goals.
