I have been to the SS office many times and have been helped so many times by the exceptional people they have there, but I would especially like to point out Miss Garcia as being VERY helpful in getting my account straitened out concerning back payments. Very, Very helpful. Thank you Miss Garcia. The one thing I do not enjoy is the of the security guards, what with their looks of disapproval and generally giving attitudes. Nothing helpful, just trying to look intimidating and scary. But again I was very impressed with Miss Garcia and the office in Pomona and their willingness to help.

i got in line at 8:30. Doors opend at 9:00. Clerks and guard were helpfull. Out by 9:15. Was very pleased!!
