Founded in 1954, SCI is one of the oldest manufacturers of composite cylinders. SCI's composite experience dates back to when the company was part of Aerojet General, a rocket propulsion company. SCI is a member of the Gas & Fluid Control Group, the gas equipment division of Harsco Corporation. SCI maintains its corporate headquarters in Pomona, Calif.
