Purchased (Nov 11) and had initial service (Jan 12) performed on my Vespa GTS 250. Brown Motor Works is a group of no nonsense professionals who get the job done right the first time and as stated. In regards to the purchase, all paperwork was ready, accurate, and the transaction went smoothly. The scooter performed without incident during the break-in period (600 miles); a testament that it was properly prepped by the dealer. The initial service was accomplished on time and as exactly as stated. No issues with a warrantee item that was taken care of during the initial service. A positive experience from both sales and service keeping in mind that a scooter is not a toy; the personnel at Brown Motor Works know that.

Great to have Jerry back! Too bad Bill is off building sidecars. Ron was always great also. Prior service left a lot to be desired........wiring connections not installed correctly, dead battery a result 500 miles from nearest dealer. Forks not torqued in triple clamp almost resulted in a crash. Techs and sevice manager now seem to be more experienced. David is still a cold fish if you can ever find him. Leighton in parts is the greatest!

I have purchased two BMWs in the last 4 years, and I have got to say that Brown Motor Works is the BEST! Their sales department is no pressure and all pleasure! They were patient when I said I wanted to wait a few months to buy my K1600 GTL, and when I was ready, they prepared everything in advance to make the buying process simple and easy. The Service and Parts Departments are efficient and knowledgable. Since I come from quite a distance away, they accommodate my needs to fit my schedule. There was one time when I had an emergency, and they provided me with a 'loaner' so that I could get to where I needed to be, and when I returned, the problem was fixed. I've only had one major problem with one of my bikes, and Brown Motor Works worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied. Despite the distance I have to travel, I will continue to use Brown Motor Works. I have complete confidence in them.
