Our business history Bel/Co Real Property Services is a division of Belvedere Plumbing Company, a family owned, subcontracting company, founded in 1937. The Bel/Co Real Property Services name was established in 1996 to better identify our business focus. About our staff Our company is currently operated by the founder's son, Craig Brueckner. Mr. Brueckner started with the company in 1971 and has been president since 1986. Other key employees are: In business for nearly seventy-five years, Belvedere Plumbing Company has an industry wide reputation for financial stability, integrity and quality work. Bel/Co Real Property Services continues that tradition in its real estate operations and building services. Real Estate Brokerage Services Bel/Co has joined in affiliation with Timothy Scott Lefever, Broker in order to offer a broader range of real estate services. Through Mr. Lefever we offer real estate sales, leasing, property management and mortgage lending.
