Eastern Carolina Internal Medicine provides medical services to residents in the greater Jones County area in North Carolina. In addition to internal medicine, ECIM has specialists in oncology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, rheumatology and pulmonary disease. It also maintains a fully equipped laboratory to perform a wide variety of on-site tests. Its radiology department includes diagnostic imaging, CT scans, ultrasounds, mammography, cardiovascular Doppler ultrasound, nuclear medicine imaging including stress tests with cardiolite imaging. Its satellite offices offer diagnostic x-ray services. ECIM also provides 24-hour hospital coverage at Craven Regional Medical. Its main office is located in Pollocksville, N.C. It operates additional offices in New Bern, Havelock and Carteret.
