Ever since Ralph got fired this place is mess and terrible.. Do not live here.. Not safe.. Drug dealer and thief doing all the maintenance and new owners haven't got a clue

I don't know why the person who is posting bad reviews (and yes, "anonymous" IS the same person... she lives in sp.10)... This is a nice little mobile home park, and the owner and manager are really nice people who work hard to maintain the place and keep it nice. It's a shame that there are slanderous, hateful people like "anonymous" in this world. It's a nice place to live. Period.

Please don't move here. They are back stabbers and talk bad about you and make the whole park dislike you. They don't even know you here and they are already talking about you. !!!

Guest of a family member that lives here in Bonanza Mobile Home Park. It's a shame that the residences that live here are afraid to go out in this park. Looks like the Owner & Manager of this park want to be in control of everything and anything you do here. Not very nice People. I feel sorry for the residence. Especially for the ones who don't have family here to help them from these bad people! Would never want to live here and I will tell my friends and family about this terrible park. Visiting family member of someone who lives here!

Pets are running loose, dogs and cats. This is a violation of the rules. People who had more than one pet have turned them out onto the streets. Not all are "small animals". Owners are in need of people to testify in court that they just love living here and are offering favors for friends. Five points for having a dog that will attack a complainer.

Looks like an oasis til you look a bit closer. Under the lush green ground cover is buried garbage and rats. The trees are sick. The people are apathetic. Hard to find anything healthy here.

This place is being let to fall apart for some strange reason. Rent goes up and up but services never improve. You will have to pay for your own repairs of your lot. Barbara Lind is a sociopath.

I think this is one of the most beautiful Mobile Home Parks in Northern California. The Manager, Ralph, is pleasant and very hard working!
