A former Councilman for the Borough of Sea Girt, Ray presently serves as the Municipal Counsel for the Borough of Sea Girt, Counsel to the Point Pleasant Parking Authority, and numerous nonprofit entities. Ray has served under various Governors on Marine related Councils and Boards. Ray maintains a multi-jurisdictional practice that has resulted in his representation of clients in numerous courts throughout the United States; as well as representing small businesses in transactional work, contract disputes and business litigation within New Jersey and the United State District Courts. Ray is a R 1:40 Qualified Mediator.

  A partner with Sinn, Fitzsimmons, Cantoli, Bogan & West, Dennis is a Member of the Ocean County, and New Jersey Bar Associations. He is admitted to the New Jersey State and Federal District Courts (1971). Dennis previously served as law clerk to the Honorable H. Curtis Meanor, J.S.C. (1971). Dennis is a Member of the Family Law Section, of the New Jersey Bar Association, serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist, and as an Arbitrator for Ocean County on Automobile and Personal Injury Arbitration Hearings. Dennis is also a Former Chairman of District 13 Fee Arbitration Committee. Dennis currently serves as Counsel to the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Bob previously served as law clerk to Honorable James Giuliano (1971) and is a Member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey, and the Wall Township Kiwanis Club.
