Pocomoke Physical Therapy an outpatient physical therapy clinic, has been serving the Delmarva area since 1989. Specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injuries, Pocomoke Physical Therapy has earned the respect and confidence of all the area physicians, as well as the community. Our building is one of the only free standing physical therapy offices in the area. We have a drive-up overhang for easy drop off and pick-up during inclement weather. The entrance to our parking lot is easily accessible from Mt. Hermon Rd. Our parking lot offers ample parking in the front of the building and also in the back. Some of our services include: Rehabilitation for most musculoskeletal orthopedic conditions, post-sprain/strain and fracture rehab, post surgery, manual therapy of all injured areas, spine care and rehab, sports injury, vestibular rehab, geriatric rehab, individualized home programs, comprehensive aquatic therapy program conducted in a 15x22 heated pool, aquatic exercise program, endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation, work fitness programs, fitness testing, orthotics and braces measured and fit by a certified orthotist: Ortho Gear, Inc.
