I am 43 years old My name is Tammy lyon Bell I and have been to many treatment centers including mental health court, and I have never been so accepted learned so many things and just wanted to go sit on there couch during the days I have a bad day or aim just not doing well. The main person is limberly she runs the facility and she is so open and friendly and just gives me the feelings and strength when I leave there to get me through 1 more day. The counselors are freaking amazing and I have learned so much about myself sometimes its hard to take it all in but how light I feel after and I have gotten so much closure to things because of their ability to teach us about ourselves and what were worth will probably stay here forever if they let me. My life and my family's lives are better because someone else in this business cares enough to teach me how to be a better person and love myself. The setting and class rooms are so comfortable and homey its amazing
